How does it work and what do we do? 1. Find and acquire a suitable plot of land in the location you specify 2. A local architect will design the house to your specifications 3. One of our partners will take care of construction 4. You move in when the house is ready to your satisfaction If it sounds simple that is because it should be. We have all the necessary contacts in all the locations which our clients are interested in and we are take care of all necessary liaisons throughout the process.
