One of the principals is from Crete but has lived in the UK for the last 25 years. She has a professional background in real estate, tourism and financial services and is the main contact with Aegean Blue's partners in Greece - developers, builders, agents and private sellers. The other is English but has worked in Athens in the banking business before becoming involved with property: he is the primary liaison in the UK for Aegean Blue's customers wishing to buy property in Greece and also coordinates the company's participation in exhibitions.
Both the principals have high standards of professionalism and integrity as well as an unswerving commitment to customer service. As John says "Good service is difficult to find in so many industries these days - which is something I personally find extremely disappointing. So when we started Aegean Blue we decided that we would offer our customers the level of service that we would want to have for ourselves. And, unsurprisingly, our customers seem to appreciate this!"
On the subject of integrity, John points out that the profession
of estate agents is often viewed with suspicion. "Everyone has heard
a horror story involving an unscrupulous estate agent. So we decided from
the outset to be governed by the standards of a professional body in order
that our customers would feel confident working with Aegean Blue. That’s
why we are members of the Association of International Property Professionals
(AIPP)". (Click to visit AIPP and read more about the standards which
members are required to observe.)
